MASON-KAY CREDENTIALS:

Please note that we have been family owned and operated business since 1976 and are long time members of the Jewelers Board of Trade, The Jewelers Vigilance Committee, the American Gem Trade Association (on which our president is a board member) and other jewelry trade organizations.

We have an outstanding reputation in the domestic and international jewelry industry. Our reputation is very important to us. We would never engage in any activity that could risk or ruin that reputation. In addition, we have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

It is very important to us that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We offer a 14 day (from the date received to the date shipped back) return policy for a full refund, or a 60 day exchange or on account credit on all unworn and re-saleable condition pieces on domestic orders only. There are NO RETURNS on international orders.

All pieces are shipped with a Do Not Remove Tag (no prices shown). No refund, credit or exchange will be issued if this tag has been removed.

Please email returns@masonkay.com for a return shipping label.

PLEASE NOTE: Mason-Kay will only supply return labels for two returns in a year, for non-defective pieces, and four over the lifetime of your account. Additional returns will still be accepted, but the customer will need to cover the shipping costs.

Although it is very uncommon, please report any damages within 48 hours of receipt. We recommend sending a photograph of the damaged piece with your order number to returns@masonkay.com.

Note: Gram Weight – This is the gram weight of each piece without the tags and removable earring backs (if applicable).

The gram weight is printed on each item tag and corresponds to the gram weight on the Certificate of Authenticity.

PAYMENT:

We accept all major credit cards, checks, or wire payments. For check payments, we will ship your piece(s) when your check has cleared.

We reserve the right to wait up to 48 hours after payment before shipping orders over $3,000. 

For orders over $10,000, only personal checks (once cleared), cashier’s checks (once cleared) and wire payments will be accepted.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: These orders must be paid by bank wire prior to shipping. We do not cover any country fees, duties or taxes, we only charge for shipping.

Color:
We try our best to reproduce color as accurately as possible in our photography. However, color can vary depending on the screen on which the item is being viewed.

Size:
The photographs of our pieces are not guaranteed to be to scale. Some pieces may appear to be smaller or larger than actual size. On every item page, we provide size and measurement information as well as a photo with an inch ruler.

If you have any concerns or questions about the size of a piece, please call or email us for additional information. Some pieces may be shown slightly larger or smaller to ensure all details are viewable and/or to ensure the entire item can be shown.
